Sleazy agency that charges a random $6 fee, not disclosed in the letter they send you in the mail. And they do it, threatening that they will report to credit bureaus if you dont do it. they have you by the balls and arnet ashamed to make a few extra dollars off of it.

Can’t say I loved how aggressive they were in summoning me to court over a 200 dollar Obgyn appointment which was just a couple months overdue. They honestly will try to make a buck off anything. Which is pretty ghetto in my opinion.

If you think they won’t summon your a** over a 5 dollar debt. You BEST rethink that.

They did only call me via phone one time which I think they should absolutely call someone more and NOT rely solely on the mailing system to ask to pay a bill. Like it’s 2025 be fr. You should be calling people and texting people. 95% of my mail is junk, I don’t look at it closely to know what the hell a “cherrington firm” is.

However I did call and talk with Miley, 5 stars for her. She was great. Positive aura points for her.

Negative aura points for the practice overall tho.

One word, SHADY. They change the prices on you and then claim to mail letters when they didn’t. Miley is nothing but argumentative. Don’t do business with this sleazy company.

Incredibly rude and difficult to work with. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and would just disappear from the phone when I was on the line. Would talk over me when I would try to answer their questions then threaten to hang up the phone saying I was being combative when I was trying to ask questions about their process and what information was needed. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

Miley was honestly the worst. Unhelpful and plain rude.
I get I owe you guys debt but treating people like that is unwarranted for. These guys are predatory and disgusting.

Miley was so compassionate and kind about me and my current situation. She was very supportive and knowledgeable and she was willing to do what she could to help ease my anxiety.

I got a call from Miley looking to collect upon a balance I did not feel I was due. I told her my side of the story and what I was willing to pay if her contact would settle the amount ($150 or so less what they were trying to collect on). She got a settlement that I felt was more fair from her client which I appreciated. I do want to mention the initial call was a fairly rough borderline threat, but she made up for it with bringing it down to a more fair amount (this was for rent on an apartment I had already moved out from)

I do want to note she mentioned leaving a good review if I appreciate it.
