I reached out to many law firms over a felony charge before coming across The Martinez Law Firm, Let me tell you all, Mary Martinez is an amazing attorney and someone I am now glad to be able to call a friend! I must’ve had 5-10 over the phone consultations and a couple in person with other law firms, not one of them put me at ease and talked to me about my case the way Mary did. With the other law firms I either felt pressured to choose them right away there on the spot or as if they were trying to instill fear in me to just retain them because they were “the best”. Not Mary, she talked to me as if we have known each other for years, was very humble and experienced she explained/walked me through my whole case over the phone was blunt and honest about how things could go and Went above and beyond to help me out, if I had any questions I could call/text her and she would always get back to me quickly whenever she was available. Even when she was busy she would message me back to tell me she will give me a call in a few. What a wonderful person this woman is, even before court hearings we can have a conversation about the case and share laughs. I also have to give a shout out to her assistant Tessa! She sent out reminders for my court dates, invoices, answered simple questions when Mary wasn’t available and handled all my paperwork that I needed to turn in for court. I Albert was arrested on DUI on Aug 28th. After a few days I had a bunch of letters from Utah attorneys and I shown them to my General foreman, he read all the letters and he picked Mary Martinez Law Firm due to their description. I sent a text message and Mary called me the next day talked to me politely about my arrest and I narrated everything to her. She said 'Albert I can handle it' She contacted the court and postponed my court date from Sept 19th to Oct 26th while waiting for my blood sample.
