Apparently had a new trainee. Felt sorry for him. He was trying so hard but the line was backed up and he seemed frustrated. His trainer left him for a brief time at the desk and the trainees face looked like a drowning pup. Poor guy. 💔

I went into Communique Postal dropping off a package and I had a few questions on dropping off a package and the workers name was Kysen. He delivered excellent customer service and answered all the questions thats I needed answered. He also mentioned what the other services that Communique Postal brought to customers like shipping and private mail boxes. Kysen was terrific and I will absolutely be coming back for their services!

Called to find out about their shipping of art. It turns out that they are friendly, will custom make a box, and send it for half of the price of anywhere else! I will definitely use them!

HORRIBLE New Owner! I took a package to be overnighted, and in addition to being rude and unprofessional, the new owner had my package delivered 2 days late. The previous owners were great and reliable, but now I will NEVER trust this place again. If you need a package delivered in a timely manner, go someplace else.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Employees were always friendly and eager to help. Their pricing sheet was easy to understand and getting a box set up was simple. I closed out the box recently, and they made it effortless. Even with living across town, l will definitely be back for any future mail box needs
