I would give -10 but, the manager Joseph was professional, understanding and kind and tried to rectify the situation, as well as Linda the escrow officer who stepped in and finished the deal.

This being said (here is the short version of what happened) - I would NEVER use this company again due to the poor display of professionalism, lack of customer service, aggressiveness, arrogance and misogynistic treatment from Brendan Snow. Never in 35 years of my business dealings when hiring a company to do a job have I been treated this badly and unprofessionally!!! When I came in to sign, he had a tantrum and stormed out of my signing because I asked him to move on and stop heckling me about parking and let me sign and leave (it was a difficult interaction with him from the start and each interaction went this way). The last interaction, I was 10 minutes late due to a parking issue and that seemed to put him in a tailspin.

Furthermore, they are expensive for what you get, and they made mistakes. I corrected financial issues on the documents and it had to be sent to me 3x before I could sign due to errors.
