The best thing I did for my future with my kids in the last 20 years was hiring Kelly Peterson to represent me. My case was perfect for Kelly's experience as the most specialized attorney on parental alienation in the area, or arguably in Utah. Kelly was always on time with filings and was always well-prepared for our hearings. His attention to detail was critical in helping build a strong case. His ability to defend our positions, either on paper or in hearings helped us keep building momentum throughout the case which paid off when we got the outcome of the custody evaluation. In the end, we avoided trial because we had such a strong case that the other side finally realized they needed to negotiate.

Kelly was clear in his requests and deadlines for me and allowed me to do some of the draftings of responses related to personal facts so he could decide what to keep and present in our case. Kelly's billing and fee structure are even more than fair as he leverages his team to communicate with me and help keep my total costs down. Also a special thanks to Kirstine who was my Legal Assistant throughout the process, she was amazing and was always patient with me and all my questions and always responded to emails in a timely manner.

A divorce is not something you ever look forward to, but I am eternally grateful to Kelly and his team for all the work they did for me and the outcome we achieved together for me and the years to come with my kids. I highly recommend Kelly Peterson to take on your divorce case. Salt Lake is filled with a cesspool of highly unethical, rule breaking corrupt attorneys that will do almost anything to bill fees regardless of what the results might be. My experience with Kelly Peterson is he's a ethical straight shooter who takes great pride in the work he does. Kelly is a fighter! He works hard for his clients as well as his dedication to the work itself. He's exceptional at narrowing down the issues and making a plan of action. He's direct and to the point and kept me focused which saves fees. Stay away from attorneys who lack focus on the key issues, it will cost you a ton.
