Only one start because it doesn't give me an option for negative stars!! Absolutely worthless this place! They NEVER answer the phone and when you go to the building they just pretend to not see you and do not allow you access. So now I am wondering what is their purpose because they definitely aren't helping anyone

My experience has been a good one! They have been more than helpful, they have been patient and kind to the many questions that I have asked, and if they didn't know the answer they would find it and get back to me. Always willing to help in any way that they were able, and if it was something they couldn't help with would always refer me in the direction where someone could.
As busy as I know they always were, they always got what I needed so quickly I felt like I must have been on an important list!
Couldn't rave enough,

Always answered any questions I had, were willing to email any documents I requested, and point me in the direction I needed for further resources. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, or a burden, just the opposite. They were kind, patient, and always willing to listen and help you in any way they could. There aren’t words to describe how appreciative I am for the help I received.

Worked very hard to take care of my lock/key problem. Certainly didn't charge for the total time spent. I would highly recommend this service.

Like the help they give but maybe they should offer more to help filing out the papers. I've met some who are just lost when it comes to all the work. Maybe get interns who could do community service or something to help those that need it?
