Derek Williams is fantastic to work with. I am with a third company but because my debts have gone legal he was assigned to them. I have a really hard time getting ahold of the other company but I can always message him and he gets right back to me in a reasonable time. He never sugar coats but gives options. I feel like I matter thanks so much

I worked with Derek and Health for my chapter 13 bankruptcy. They were great in the beginning but after a year it would take so much effort to try and get ahold of them. I had to file my own tax documents, I had to go to salt lake and file my discharge documents to close my case. I cant believe how unreliable they are. I would email, call, text and leave message and neither of them would call me back. I'm not sure if they are even still in business or not. I 100% would not recommend them.

We went to see this person weeks ago about a Trust . He said he would email my husband that night with the info we needed to bring on our next visit ,this hasn't happen yet. He never wrote one thing down about us or any other info as we sat and talk to him. We got to the bldg and we had no idea how to find him, he popped out of a room in a t-shirt and jeans his office had nothing in it no pictures on the walls no desk phone. Don't go to this person.
