Jon got back to me a couple days after my initial call to him but before I made a HUGE mistake.
I was just about to make a mountain out of a molehill by answering a summons for what was really just a small amount of money. I mean 3500 is a lot of money when I have 0 income. Jon advised me, fist off, on how I would not catch this big lawfirm on a technicality, it's not the movies after all. But he did guide me in the right direction!
I followed his advice and contacted the plaintiffs counsel and because I was forthright my DEBT was FORGIVEN all together! This included another case that I did not even know about at the time.
Thank you Jon Rogers!! You saved me so much stress and anxiety, not to mention a little over 7000 in debt. I appreciate you! If not for your letter I would have really messed everything up. Thank you, thank you Idont know what I would have done without your free consultation!

As soon as I told him what kind of car I had, his fees more than quadrupled. I have text messages, voicemails, pictures, emails, and forge documents supporting my case against a dealership and this ambulance chaser told me that He's the only one in the state of Utah to go after dealerships. Unfortunately, so far that looks to be the case. But I would rather go to court on my own than have somebody defending me That's in it for the money and not for the justice. FYI. . At first I told him I was driving a cheaper car and he said his fees were $1,500. And then when he learned my car was a little bit more expensive his fees were $8,500.

I got served for a credit card that went in to collections from my divorce. I didn't know who to turn to or what to do. It's hard to trust someone when you already are nervous. I spoke to 6 different attorneys before I spoke to Jon. I was shocked at his knowledge and care. I hadn.t heard that from anyone else. He was very thorough in explaining my situation to me and what my options were. But there was something different, he cared. Handling a situation like this can be intimidating and frustrating. Jon made me feel completely comfortable. He was up front about fees and the process and possibilities. He hides nothing, he is honest, and truly cares about the end result for his clients.
It felt amazing to finally find trust in someone that you know will fight for you but gives you the nitty-gritty about it and prepares you for all the possibilities of the end result. He makes sure you have the clear picture of how your situation may end up. There was no guessing or having to wonder. I was able to ask him everything and he was beyond informative and gave me the details honestly. That was a huge help to me, so I knew what to prepare for and expect.
His fees were fair and far below any other attorney I spoke with. He truly should charge more for his services, knowledge, and care. You get way more than you pay for! Fees were the best for what was needed and even after my case was done.... he kept in touch to confirm with me that the end result that was expected, was actually documented with the court. He didn't have to do that, but it was so appreciated that he went the extra mile to assure me. He was there from start to the very end.
Jon is an honest an honest attorney that cares. His fees are beyond fair for the services he provides.
I don't know what I would have done without his representation. If I ever get into a debt mess again, Jon will the first person I go to and I wouldn't trust anyone else for taking care of my case.

Jon Rogers is a life saver! I had been dealing with an issue with a very expensive purchase I had made in Utah for goods that had not been delivered. It had been 13 months of stress and wondering. I had been trying to find someone that would help me out and/or at least give me some guidance. After several dead ends I came across Jon and his practice. I live clear across the country and things seemed hopeless for me getting my money back or getting my issue resolved. After doing a consultation with Jon he had come up with a resolution to try that would not only be affective but help keep my cost down as well. If I had not reached out to him and if he had not taken the time to hear me out and do some research, I would not have my issue closed today. I imagine the stress would still be crushing me.
