Such great people!!!! PeggySue went out of her way to help me!!!! She even drove me to the post office to help straighten out an issue that affected my small business. I wish I could say the same for our main post office. Kind, helpful, real, professional, I can’t say enough!!!! Thank you so very much for all you do and your support of this community ♥️♥️♥️

Terrible at best. First in line woman put my box on scale and left the room I saw and heard her in back laughing and talking. She came out measured then stared at computer screen for ten minutes until I finally asked her what was the holdup. She threw the package at me telling me to go to USPS and she did not need my business. How nice and she never will

AAA+++ What a wonderful place. The wonderful ladies were so helpful while I was in there to send two packages. They were very polite. I do not live in Kingman, Arizona but was treated so well and they talked to me as they knew me. They seem to be friendly with everyone that came in. As I waited for a cab outside, one of their customers came out and offered me a ride to my semi truck. One month Later I lost my receipt and called back and they gave me all the information I needed to track the package and again treated me so well. I would say the best mailing business I have ever been to in the country. Friendly, clean environment. -Thank you Mail Room. Thank you Sue and to all the staff there. You were a great help.

Negative 1 star. For Lying!

I don't care how nice and charming the workers are. BAD BUSINESS when they couldn't even mail my friends suitcase! Completely screwing him over and doesn't have the decency to issue a refund. Here I thought messing with the mail was a federal offense except to those we trusted and paid to handle our things.

Very busy at times I've waited 30-45 mins just to pick up a package. One time they even refused to look for it for me. Rude staff no one wears masks in a very confined area. Not covid safe!
