STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY. NOT in UT. “Agents” you call AREN’T USA / English speaking. This company says you can print off papers for a fee. Paid the fee. Then wasn’t allowed to print papers. Keep getting charged fees. Started process in August. December & “still processing paperwork”. Had to change my card so they couldn’t keep charging me. Said my spouse didn’t return papers. We are in an amicable divorce!!! We were together when all docs were mailed. We mailed them overnight mail! We hv had to mail paperwork 4 times. Agents kept saying my spouse didn’t sign or didn’t date Doc! We kept copies of everything we sent !!! Agents lie. Everything was done properly & everything was in order!
I will be referring my case to the UT Attorney General as soon as the divorce is finally done! I want all the evidence for a fraud convection . If you want to join me in this - contact me!

Called to get refunded, because we signed in and out immediately…they said even a supervisor could not refunded the activation fee…the customer service guy who would not state his name: used words “do not say that” “give me proof” and stopped talking. There was a screen recording of him staying silent for 26 minutes. Would not answer our questions. I plan on contacting the president of the company and letting him know his employees are treating customers this way. I do not recommend this company. I had to call originally because Prescilla A I was messaging with left the chat passive aggressively. I hope the higher ups see this review. Also he hung up.

Do yourself a favor and file the papers yourself. It has been nothing but an issue getting my forms sent. Everytime they say 7 to 15 business days is taking longer and customer service just keeps sending the same generic response.
Terrible service and definitely not worth the extra money.
