Staff is courteous and helpful. Quick to return phone calls and emails and respectful throughout the process. Judge is fair and personable. The bad reviews on here are from a previous judge and all previous staff. Court has been revamped since then.

Tried to schedule court but they REFUSED to let me unless i came in, in person. I have two jobs as well as i attend school and my schedule is impossible to be able to get there by the time they close! I asked for any other way possible and they said someone could come in and schedule court for me but they have to live with me! The only person who lives with me is my fiance and his work schedule is even crazier than mine! I asked to fax in my ID and a promise to appear, they said no, i asked to email the same info, they still said no. When i asked what else i could do they simply said "Let it take its course and turn into a warrant." This place is just impossible!

PG city is a huge joke entirely. They do court one day a week, and that makes it impossible to get stuff done or taken care of. If you live in PG, I suggest moving ASAP. It’s a terrible city with a lazy system.

They never answer the phone which is ridiculous for a government building, especially one that can result in people going to jail because they cannot call and confirm a court date.
