He went over everything with me and we discussed the problems I was having and when he understood my situation he propsed a plan that I could follow to solve my problem. He was very knowledgable and understanding.

I put myself in an unfortunate situation with the IRS where basically I owed a whole lot of money to them. Working with Jordan and his team was the best decision I have ever made. I had the unfortunate situation where I was in debt to the IRS. I always filled on time, yet in some cases could not cover what I owed do to family obligations. We had 3 other families living with us and we took on that burden yet could not claim deductions or exemptions. After awhile due to successes in employment, the more I made the more we spent. Obligations became overwhelming.

I tried to work out an agreement on my own but to no avail. Penalty and interest piled up and up and pretty soon no way out. Dated 7-1-2024- Responding to your excuse and nonsense again- After reading my hubby’s review and your response- Your completely incompetent! Not excepting your mistakes and the way you handled our case doesn’t work for me- Jordan Wilcox never 👎 was involved with our case from the beginning-The words from you “How ever long it takes” (sales pitch) The funds we gave you was just to handled the federal issue! You used it for the state issue which was not agreed on. So many mistakes by your office on so many levels- Stop making excuses and admit you screwed up and made the whole situation worse for us! (For the reader) We never 👎 ever went into this thinking we did not need to pay the tax owed. Don’t ever think your taxes will be written off.

Again to all those looking for help don’t use this office you can navigate through the system yourself!! Also from our findings some of the information in the abatement was incorrect- Which is a mess to clean up- Efficiency is not your office’s trait! Our bad review stands and very truthful with what happened. Our experience was a complete mess from the beginning. I do not trust this office to handle hard situations that are complicated.

Years ago we were unfortunately had to contact this office - when Covid hit they treated us unfairly - I see they are advertising again - don’t waste your money! We spent $4000 dollars to help us with Federal issues. We wasted that money with Jordan Wilcox office and are situation did not change. They do not know how to manage there time with your hard earned income- We resolved our issue with the state of Utah ourselves- They made the situation worse. You can resolved these things on your own without paying attorneys fees - -They are not effectively efficient- they promise you the world but because of Covid our money got wasted - because they were in a hurray! They handled our case incorrectly. - We’re still paying on the borrowed 4000 dollars- just made our last payment- Don’t pay them any big lump sum of money - they promise to finish our case and they never 👎 did - - it doesn’t cost 4000 dollars to write ✍️ and abatement up! - My hubby and I still wish we had taken the money and put it towards our taxes owed! Don’t waste your money 💰

The fact you cannot take responsibility for your actions and dishonesty is sickening- your response is inaccurate with your behavior and dishonestly to help those in need. You did not full fill your honorable contract and you were driven by the almighty dollar and took advantage of the whole situation with using an inexperience individual, as though they had no schooling in their career or Tax issues. You looked us in the eyes and we felt you could help us and made promises you did not keep!

Those who are seeking to get relief from their tax situation- My advice to you is do not use this office- They cannot help you and Don’t waste 4000 dollars or any more - Find someone with extreme experience to help you fill out your paper work and pay them by the job- This office is not effectively efficient for your situation- They make excuses!!! For Covid crisis read the law! Stop making excuses for your actions and you take advantage of those who pay you upfront - People go find help elsewhere!!!! Stop advertising lies!!
