Tiff and Angie were incredible to work with! Together with my loan officer (Brady Beyer), they made me feel like I mattered. Like I was more than just another client. They worked together to quickly get things moving for us, and get together everything we needed. I was purchasing my Grandma's house, and she passed a few weeks before closing. Prime Title & Brady made sure to get all the paperwork done so we could close on my Grandma's birthday. That day, they brought in a cake to celebrate my Grandma. I'm a first time home buyer, and they explained everything to me so I understood it, and never made me feel stupid for not knowing. I would highly recommend working with them!

I've been using Angie Simmons and her assistant/Tiffani Flanagan for almost 3 years now. As a mortgage loan officer, it's extremely important that the title company I select do 3 things and do them well: 1. They have to respond to our processors’ emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. 2. They need to be competent at their job. And 3. They need to be good with clients.

If you want to know how good a title company is at their job, ask the mortgage company processors who are in constant contact with them. Being able to close a real estate transaction on time requires prompt communication with the title company. Angie and her team are top notch at getting back to us so there’s no lag in communication.

Prime always gets us and our processors what we need in the way of title documentation. Everyone makes an error from time to time; nobody’s perfect. I’m still waiting for the day that Angie and her team aren’t perfect in the execution of their job. 😊

All of our clients LOVE Angie and Tiffani! They have the best personalities for interacting with clients and always make the clients feel like they’re the most important people in the world. I’ve had client closings where children were brought in because there weren’t any other options for the parents and Angie and Tiffani made extra efforts to ensure that the kids were occupied and happy. There have been instances where we couldn’t close a transaction during ‘normal’ business hours, and they’ve met with my clients on a Saturday (not my request; they offered to do that for the clients) or after 5pm during the week. We all have families and personal lives, but Angie and Tiffani recognize that this is the exception rather than the norm and that sometimes, you just have to do what’s necessary to make sure the clients are well taken care of during what is for most, the biggest financial decision they ever make.

As long as I get to choose the title company to work with, it will ALWAYS be Angie and Tiffani and Prime!
