I am very satisfied with being able to have a mediator and to finally be able to put my case to rest after coming to an agreement with the opposing party. Mr. Scott Brand was very professional and neutral. He helped ease my mind into going into a mediation (I've never had to do this before). He made the process very simple for both parties and in the end, we were able to come to an agreement. Something I've been waiting on for 2 years now. The cost of services were VERY fair. The total cost for both parties combined was reasonable. Compared to other mediators that were trying to charge waaaay more and that's just for one party. The mediator team stayed in contact with me and the defendant until the day of mediation and answered all my questions. Hopefully I never need a mediator again but if I do, I'll be using this company again. Thank you.

I was reluctant to agree to this mediation because my husband chose this company but they remained completely neutral throughout the whole process. Which is why I'm writing this review now. I felt heard and was treated kindly by the mediator. I didn't feel like sides were chosen, it was all very professional. I feel I received a fair settlement.
This process was stressful because after the separation my ex-husband moved to New York. With AEP we were able to do everything online so him being in NY and me in California wasn't a problem. We were able to settle quickly and both left the mediation on good terms. I'll recommend to family and friends.

Going through a divorce isn’t easy. Never is. I found out that just 1 month of constant communication with my attorney had cost me nearly $2k. That’s JUST emails and phone calls. So I reached out. Looked around. This is the best service I could find price wise. Then we got into the session with the mediator. She let us run the show and stepped in to communicate what was needed and made sure it was a conversation, not an argument.
Though I hope I never have to use their services again, I know who I’ll go to if I need to.
