Mr. Heath of Duke and Heath law is the best lawyer I've ever hired. He is very affordable and even has payment plans after you pay the first main payment. He is absolutely extraordinary at his job. He went above and beyond and got me way better of a verdict than I could ever ask for. His office always kept me informed on every step of my case and even called and emailed me reminders of when my court dates were. I had a total of 10 felony charges and the district attorney was asking for 20 years prison time. After Mr. Heath took over my case from the court appointed lawyer that I originally had, he got 9 of the 10 charges thrown out. I pled guilty to 1 charge and ended up with 10 years probation. I will forever be in debt to him. I give him an 11 on a scale of 1-10, two thumbs up and an A+++ rating. I will always recommend him to all my family and friends and to anyone looking for a great lawyer. I am revising my review for those who may have seen my previous. Those of us who have had difficult divorces know the emotional toll it takes and I have been in such a state of confusion I have to observe in the courtrooms to try to make sense of what I have been through. Finding the right attorney for you is personal. I didn't hire Des because someone told me to. I researched, but after a year and a half, I realized I had forgotten what I had known when I began this journey and my reasons for hiring Des is not what I needed. I hired Des when I thought I'd have a normal divorce because of her track record, not solely on Google reviews. I knew she is smart and would speak for me in a language I was used to. A year and a half ago I had a clear, level head. Today, I am different. But another local attorney helped me to realize that a relationship with an attorney is a personal one. I tried to hand my personal matter like it was business. Des wasn't a fit for me, but she has helped and still helps people professionally and personally. Please never let any one strangers review be the basises for hiring someone to guide you through the toughest time in your life. Go sit in the court room and observe these cases, you can do that! Just check the Superior Court Calendar sit on some of these cases. If you're feeling drawn to an attorney, go watch them work! Now that I do not have counsel, I have been able to observe the pain all.of these families go through. The Judge, unfortunately, he gets these cases after the families have already been through years of troubles. The Judges, the families, the attorneys, the clerks, it's just a really tough situation for everyone. I wish that I had thought about sitting in on these cases a long time ago.

Nonetheless I went with Duke & Heath Law Firm. When I tell you every other attorney was giving me the run around. Duke and Heath made me feel at ease, and that my voice could be heard.
