Dear reader...First, if you are ever in trouble call this law firm.
He saved my freedom and my future.
Never ever think that when you are innocent and " I have not done anything", that you do not need a really good Attorney. So here is my story in a nutsell:
I was working for a Government agency, and I was really good at my job. I was super careful with the tax payers dollars. When I refused to sign off on an invoice for work that was not complete, the govt contractor claimed I was taking a bribe! YEP I said the same dumb thing every law abiding citizen would say, " Im innocent, I dont need an Attorney"
WRONG ,WRONG, WRONG
My accusers wanted to meet with me an specifically said, "you dont need an Attorney".
Im so glad I told my Dad what was happening.
H W to the rescue! First just his name and presence got the attention of my accusers!!! He is famous and well respected in the world of Lawyers!
Howard attended all meetings and
" interrogations". Howard was extremely knowledgeable with the Law, procedures, and Prosecuter technique.
I am soo grateful that he argued my case and I did not end up in Federal Prison.

Weintraub & Alper were wonderful helping me with my case. From my first conversation with Howard, I knew he was very experienced and knowledgeable and would be great to work with. I'm glad i did retain Howard. My case drug on for quite some time with the Covid shutdown and Howard was always on point to let me know what was happening with my case. He gave me great legal advice (He is a former federal prosecutor) and I could not be happier with the outcome of my case in Fulton County. I’m am so thankful that I chose Weintraub & Alper to represent me in my matter. Howard Weintraub took my case and was so unbelievably detailed and professional and very very knowledgeable of the law. I would like to say i had a case that required a private investigator to be hired, and lots of phone calls and leg work to be done. I have a violent criminal history, and got caught eith a firearm in my house. After all my mitigating factors that Ben and Marty had collected for my case. I went from a maximum of 15 years and a minimum of 36 to 47 months to 24 months. So I feel that Ben worked hard as he could and Marty was exceptionally well himself at getting me even lower then the low side for my case. The Feds Do not play and they want to stick to those guidelines nomatter what. But Ben got me under even the lowest of those guidelines. Thanks Ben God bless you and Martin kauntz for helping me.
