Highly recommended. He is personal and honest. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is dedicated to all of them. He and his staff are both professional yet laid back all at the same time. Mr. Sullivan listens to your issues and concerns and does all things possible to ease your mind and handle the case personally. He, unlike many attorneys, will speak directly to a client when you call. I would definitely recommend his office to people.

My husband was involved in an accident with a tractor trailer that was not his fault. We tried to reach an agreement to cover medical bills and property damage with the insurance company on our own, but quickly reached an impass. We contacted Mr. Sullivan and from the first initial consultation, it was as if a huge weight was lifted. He listened, really listened, and then he and his team went to work compiling data and negotiating on our behalf. He explained the whole process in clear, concise terms. He was always available, either in person or by phone, to answer our questions. He explained our options. We feel he did everything he could to get a fair, eqitable settlement. I hope we never find ourselves in that position again, but if we do, I know who will be our first call. We definitely recommend Mr. Sullivan.

Before his passing, Malcolm's father was our family attorney and we loved him and respected him as he always represented us well.
