Worst business experience I’ve ever had in my life! Paid a great amount of money for their services to retrieve a naturalization form. It’s been going on 3 years waiting and still nothing. Haven’t gotten any relieving updates or details every time I call it’s the same run around saying they’ll call me back by the end of the day and they never do. I have asked to speak to Mrs. Hammond and I’m always being told she’s not available. The vibe is very clear that they have no urgency to resolve or put me at ease during this process. I forgot to mention when I first accepted their business they gave me a time frame of a year it’s been 2 years past that. They took my money and I haven’t received anything. Beware!

Hired this lawyer and haven’t heard hear a word after paying her so I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!! Do thorough research or do it yourself, there are Reddit groups that can help point you in the right direction but this lawyer is not it!!!! No communication or follow up and the staff is worthless smh!!! Such a waste but it’s my fault for not doing my research first!
