This morning I received a confirmation email from Gallo Legal Services and noticed that the deposition I had scheduled was not correct. I immediately called them and spoke with Weston. He wasted no time getting this adjusted for me. He called me back with updates and to tell me that the deposition can still move forward this morning (last minute)and that he has already confirmed a videographer and court reporter to accommodate the change!!! He was so patient and understanding. What could have been a very stressful day was turned around completely after speaking with Weston. After today, there is no way I would ever use another Legal Service. Gallo Legal Service is the best way to go!

I had a client who did not pay the court reporter. They then continued to email me asking for payment. I informed them that they should contact the client, as it is his case, and he requested the take down. They said the attorney is responsible for the bill unless they receive something saying the client assumes responsibility. I then had the client sign an affidavit stating he was financially responsible for the bill and any other court reporter expenses in the future clearly outlining the client needs to assume the debt. I forwarded them the document with the client's signature. Even after that they are still sending me billing statements and refusing to contact the client about the bill. Hopefully I never have to use this particular court reporting company again.
