They no longer stand behind there work

First the day of the closing, they didn’t even have their mail away packet from the buyer, then we were told we didn’t need a check for the wire transfer ( they already had the money in their account the past Friday) when we called to advise we were sending a revised copy they refused to accept it and accused my wife of attempting wire fraud!
Then they charged us a overnight fee to send a paper check and we didn’t get the overnight package till two days!
I have had 8-10 closing and this was by far the worst!
