My ex-wife and I agreed to use Resolve to Solve, Inc during our divorce in 2023 and Hannah Palmer served as our mediator. Overall, I had a decent experience, although I did feel that there was a sense of bias in favor of my ex-wife. Nevertheless, I really have nothing substantial to complain about: I kept the house, I retained 100% of my military pension, and the money I had to pay out from investments has already been replenished twofold. Although I can credit having a good attorney who effectively mitigated on my behalf throughout this process, the mediator played an important role in not derailing us from our strategic objective. In addition, their pricing is beyond reasonable. I would recommend using this mediation company.

Do yourself a favor by saving time and money and NOT hiring Pam as a mediator. Not sure how she is qualified as a mediator after meditating for 24 years and she has NO clue what she was doing at our mediation. Pam was totally biased with her decision and she agrees all the time with my ex-wife and she will NOT allow me to talk at all or listen to me.

I'll say Pam discriminated against during mediation and for some reason she was supporting my ex-wife for all demands she made. Ours was an asset distribution case and my ex-wife was demanding all assets 75/25 (ex-wife=75% and myself=25%) which is insane and Pam was supporting this and forcing me to accept. How in the world does one provide marriage resolution? Also she blindly believes all incorrect accusations made by my ex-wife and there is no such evidence for that. Also she takes plenty of time on each side (around 1 hour and half) which I feel is very inefficient and disorganized. May be it's a tactics so she could bill us more

I had to FIRE her after 6 hours of mediation and wasting my time, attorney's time and money. She is NOT fit for the mediation and she needs training herself rather than training others after 24 years of experience. PAM IS DISGRACE IN HER PROFESSION!!

I have had the privilege of utilizing Pam Anderson's services as a mediator on several occasions and have always found her to be extremely helpful in getting cases settled. She has a very practical, detail oriented approach which enables the participants to fully understand the strengths and weaknesses of their case and the advantages/disadvantages of taking their case to trial. I highly recommend her services!

I have mediated with Pam countless times and have been impressed with her ability to remain neutral, as well as reality test not only the other side, but my clients when appropriate. Her commitment to being an ethical and effective mediator makes her one of the most sought after mediators whose experience extends to some of the most comprehensive trainings for other mediators in GA.

Pam was very helpful in mediating my divorce. She was very understanding, but also did a wonderful job of keeping the discussion on track towards a successful resolution for both parties. Her job, by definition, is not to take sides, and that helps her separate emotions from facts. I believe her substantial experience was critical in reaching an equitable settlement.

Pamela Anderson trained me as a divorce mediator in 2007 and was the most professional and knowledgeable instructor I could have hoped to serve as my trainer. Pamela also allowed me to "shadow" her on some of her mediation sessions and I was able to witness her fair and compassionate approach as she assisted couples in coming to an acceptable resolution for both sides. These days I spend most of my time as a Realtor thus I do not have as much time to serve as a mediator. I refer all of the cases that I do not have time to mediate and, with no exception, everyone I have referred has relayed high marks for her performance. I give her 5 stars as a trainer as well as a mediator! Deborah Irwin

The best and fastest way to get divorced is through a mediator with no lawyers involved. Resolve to Solve and Pam Anderson is the best. Pam is fully qualified, has all the credentials and is on every local county list as a mediator. Over 20 years she has saved couples thousands of dollars by not going through lawyers and legal fees. The irony of it is that after both people lawyer up and each of their lawyers takes 2-3 retainers only then both they are ready to settle - at that point the couple still has to go through mediation first. Why waste money on lawyers - just go directly to mediation. That's what we did in 2015. After an extensive research on best mediators in the county - we chose Resolve to Solve and had 3 sessions with Pam to complete and finalize our divorce with young kids and assets. She has an amazing ability to "serve both masters" and took turns looking out for me and my husband at the time. She was very fair and called me out when I was asking too much and called him out on the same. In the end she wrote a very fair agreement for both of us which looked like a thick "novel". It had all scenarios for child care/support, every single division of assets and an additional long "chapter" on our house which we decided to keep for our children - that was unusual and special in our case, so she managed to do that in the best way possible. Then we filed that to court on our own and went to court together - the judge had no questions or corrections and we got an official divorce decree immediately. From start to finish the whole divorce was under $1,000 (under ONE thousand) and took 1.5 months (longest time was to wait for court date). All that would have been impossible without Pam. On top of being very professional she has a great personality, sense of humor and is very pleasant to meet with. I would highly recommend Pam to everyone getting divorced. She will save you lots of money and make it as easy and pleasant as divorce can be.

I used Pam Anderson to mediate a divorce between myself and ex-wife. My ex-wife was the petitioner but asked that I find the mediator. We knew we were doing 50/50 custody physical and legal. Upon mediating Pam Anderson told me that I should pay child support as if my ex had full custody. I said no way that there should be a deviation at a minimum. Pam stood firm that it's normal for this and if it not then Judges take it very seriously. Additionally, Pam said that all school expenses should be split equally and not come out of the full child support, that I should pay health insurance premiums and 90% of all health related expenses that insurance doesn't cover even though there is 50/50 custody as well as 90% of extracurricular activities. Upon hearing this of course my ex wife now wanted to secure all of that in her favor. We had already spent a fortune in 2017 going through a divorce and getting back together. I literally couldn't believe she was telling me this as if it was FAIR. She didn't mediate in my favor in an capacity. The only thing I negotiated MYSELF which was not suggested by Pam at all was that got primary education and extracurricular. Not a fair exchange for the financial burden that I now incur bc Pam decided to play her own role of Judge and jury. I wanted so badly to take it to an attorney for review but didn't have the money and my ex said if I did and wanted to change anything she would hire an attorney and try to take me for anything else she could as well. She did not get any of my 401K or alimony but that was agreed to in advance for other reasons where my ex had blown thousands of dollars and hidden $15K in credit consumer credit card debt behind my back. I'm sure Pam would have taken that from me as well had we not already agreed to it in advance. Long story short, as soon as it the papers were submitted to the courts my ex wife quit her job and now works part time because I'm covering 99% of the financial burden for her and our two kids and gets her EBT card and has for a year now not worked a full time job to help support herself let alone the girls. Pam Anderson is NOT a fair mediator nor is she thorough in writing up mediation papers. She is completely incompetent and I would not recommend ANY man to go before her because she will do her very best to insidiously provide as much as possible to the woman and take as much as possible from the man. I could have paid a lot less than the $1247 I gave her and gotten the same result. Since mediation I have learned from multiple attorney's and several people that a deviation is very common when there is 50/50 and that I shouldn't have agreed to pay 90% of all medical expenses and extracurricular activities. In my humble opinion Pam is a scam!
