Waited in line for 45 minutes...the person working ...was in the phone and trying to help his customers at the same time ..he was alone ...but explaining what he was doing might have been a little bit more understanding...instead he ignored all our questions and stayed on his cell phone ...not talking ..just on the phone and trying to deal with his customers. Looked and felt very unprofessional

Worst customer service ever . Called five separate times to get help. Each time had to speak to someone across the country or other countries, and was assured five separate times that my issue was resolved . Was not ! Each person stated the previous person helping did not follow through with service . Cannot contact anyone local or just get asked the same question over and over ! Worst company ever ! Taking advantage of people in rural areas by not following through with service at all!

Worst customer experience. The lady didn't greet me or even good day! And didn't even help me with a proof residence. She sat there quietly and didn't even ask what I wanted.... so she couldn't help me

Chinle needs another team member on hand, so many customers takes awhile to get through the line to pay. Other than that great customer service. Might need to look into paying online or over the customer service number.

In Chinle office there is one person, he is extremely slow. I waited about 45 minutes. Service can be much better.

No help at all… I wanted to change my number and put service on iphone. The lady just told me to contact Apple for approval. Very disappointing.

Crappy explanations for every request when I complain about my internet.. went without internet for like almost three months.. nobody will come to check on the modem.. switching to starlink
