Max was an absolute trash lawyer, I met up with him, gave him of the evidence I had for my auto accident (after a cop t-boned my car and sent me into an apartment complex building), on top of $1700 deposit to handle my case. He took my money, never went to court for me, quit answering my text and calls. The two tickets I paid him to fight for me, were assessed to my license without me knowing about it until it was too late. It ruined my driving record costing me years of high insurance even though I was the one who was hit. Lost any funds that would have gone to replacing my totaled car, bc again the tickets were never fought against in court EVER. And he didn't refund me a single penny even though he failed to attend any court hearing regarding my trial. Max is a scam artist. Don't ever use him. He's the type of person that gives good lawyers a bad rep. The Off the Record app is 1000 times better than using someone like this.

I was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and shortly after I was referred to Max. I am so thankful I was, within a week of my arrest I set up an appointment to meet with Max, and off the bat he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions and gave me worst/best case scenarios. From speaking to him I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He’s a seasoned attorney with a lot of experience. I went ahead and hired Max. I hired him because I felt like I could trust him. Many clients make the mistake of not trusting their attorneys. I would call myself the ideal client. I trusted Max to work the case, to do everything he could on my behalf, to insure I got the best possible outcome. I didn’t call him 20 times a week. (Because attorneys don’t hoard information they don’t have!!) Every time something needed to be communicated to me, it was! Sometimes as clients we make the mistake of thinking that our case is the most important, or that hearing nothing means somethings wrong. Trust me! Trust MAX to work your case. Safe to say, my court day was set for sentencing, I showed up, hoped for the best and left with a dismissed case! I still can’t believe it as I type it out! I am so appreciative to Max and all of his efforts. We all know how stressful, borderline depressing it can be to deal with the legal system! Which is why a good attorney is vital!
