I was told not to speak from the moment I meet my legal aid. She was asking how much money I made, trying to get out of talking my case. I was tried covicted and sentenced and I was not allowed to speak once. These are the people who are truly ruining this city.

Impossible to reach by phone, if they actually do reply either redirect to other numbers or simply put the phone down, one week haven't been able to speak to anyone. Rude

The level of professionalism is non-existent these people are rude and disgusting and they don't deserve to be a law firm or whatever they claim to be because it's nonsensical that they treat veterans the way they do with such disrespect extremely unbecoming they need to be shut down immediately absolute trash

Everything is over the phone now there is no on-site visiting and certain days you will have contact with an actual person
