I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Mr. Comer handling my case. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. My wife and daughter were the clients of Tobias. I am retired law enforcement, over 20 years. I have dealt with 100s of attorneys in my career. Never…never have I dealt with a more incompetent and lazy attorney. Because we contacted him several times, over 2 years, asking what was going on with the case, Tobias stated we were “bullying” him. I’m sorry, attorneys work for their clients..absolutely no customer service at all. His “win” was a insurance settlement that a trained monkey could have gotten. We had no contact with the other attorney in the firm. His reviews are good…our bad luck of the draw I guess.

I have just recently had the needs of a lawyer, I contacted Me Brian Comer with the lawfirm Tobias & Comer! From the first meeting with Mr Comer to my last meeting he was a professional as he could be, as well as the employees who worked on my case!
Mr Comer shot straight with me, never led me to believe anything more than I was expecting, he kept me updated on all moves in my court case and was quick to respond to any of my questions!
In court, Mr. Comer was aggressive and very well prepared!
We won the case! Hopefully, I will not have the need for a lawyer again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Me Comer!
