I retained this firm through the modest means program(Low income). I was placed at the bottom of the barrel amongst clients that had more money. Phone calls and emails took months for response. I only got In touch when I called from a different number. Lazy negotiations that left me with child support that I could not afford after letting firm know of my financial situation and I could not commit to such payments. I was told to settle the case so I would not be responsible for opposing fees. No fight, I was just a charity case.

Mr Asbury helped me with my car case and helped me keep my license and had charges reduced. He was very easy to talk to, made me feel my case was important and cared about the outcome for me and my family. He was also court appointed and I am very grateful for him. If you need a good attorney, look no further.

Takes weeks to months to return phone calls and emails. I paid for filing fees for contempt issues, service was never provided and filings were never processed after waiting months for resolution. Requested refund. Called office from different number and phone call was answered but not from my familiar number. I was dodged for months at a time.

I hired this company to represent me in a lawsuit. They filed the wrong lawsuit and when I emailed them to tell them no whenever responded to me. I hope you never have to use a lawyer, but if you do definitely do not use this one. I do not recommend this law firm at all.
