Want to congratulate and commend my friend and fellow lawyer, Scott Zahler, on a big victory! Before coming to him, the client company was in default and had had a large verdict entered against it. The company had made several major technical mistakes resulting in the judgment. Based on some very deft and skillful legal analysis and motion work, Scott was able to get the verdict set aside, a near legal impossibility under the circumstances.
