I was hit by a post office driver and totaled my vehicle and hurt my shoulder requiring surgery limiting me for months. I couldn’t take the surgery because it would put me out of work and I’m the sole provider for 3 small children, Had to walk to work, to the grocery store, scavenge for rides to doctors appointments and pray they were willing to drive me back, just to be kept in the dark about my case the entire time they only got me back $7,000. My car was worth $4k.
So my life was completely flipped upside down for over a year and I was hurt for them to really only pay for my car. Do with this info as you will.

I would like to say the Ross Law Firm is one of the best law firms I have ever worked with. I hired them in Oct. of 2018 to handle my car accident case. We just finished with the second settlement of my case. They made sure I was well taken care of by the chiropractor and physical therapist. They would call at least every other week to see how my treatments was going. I can honestly say they handled my case with care and I didn't feel like they were just out for the money. The Ross Law Firm is legit. Teresa and Brian are great lawyers and human beings. They work very hard on your case. They’re very persistent and communicate well. The communication they gave was constant and consistent. Brian and Teresa are very honest and straightforward. I was happy they represented my case and I. I honestly wouldn’t know what I would do without them. They have your back and take care of you. They also look out for you and give you the best resolution you wish for or your best interest. The best full service Accident attorney 's around. This husband and wife team àre seasoned, smart, and yet totally down to earth. They take the time that you need as a client and really fight for you. Brian Ross is a pit bull in the courtroom and has the record to prove it. A class A++ Litigator who truly loves his job. Teresa Ross is detailed and ferocious at the bargaining table, and together, they are a force to be reconened with.
