Tom and Janine have been wonderful to work with. I experienced a fall inside of a major grocery chain. I just settled my 2nd suit after having 2 car accidents in less than 3 years! I am so grateful that Ashenden and Gary Powell guided me gently throughout the process. My accidents were neither one caused by me, and the first one was so bad, I am grateful to be alive. Gary and Janine helped me with all the paperwork, and Gary worked tirelessly for me and keeping me from having to go to a jury trial, since I am an older woman.
