My experience with this law firm was disappointing, especially considering the overwhelmingly positive reviews that initially gave me high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience aligned more with the negative feedback. I understand that the courts move slowly and that lawyers have demanding schedules, but given the cost of their services and the praise in the reviews, I expected more attentiveness and care as a client.

It was frustrating to read glowing reviews (and even people posting pictures) about exceptional service while feeling like I was pushed aside and treated as an afterthought. Despite paying a significant amount, I felt ignored and undervalued. There were multiple instances where I called the firm two weeks leading up to my court dates, only for my case to be rescheduled at the last minute—an incredibly unprofessional experience. I didn’t even speak with my lawyer until about four months after agreeing to work with the firm, and when I finally did, his tone made it clear that my frustrations were of little concern to him.

Additionally, my lawyer sent me a link to an evaluator, which turned out to be broken. I responded to let him know, yet to this day, I have not received a reply…. . Had I known I would deal with this level of incompetence, I would have just opted for a public defender. This entire experience made it clear to me that they seem to be selective with whom they prioritize.

The only reason I’m not leaving a one-star review is because my case managers( and Brandon) were the only positive aspect of working with this firm. This was my first time needing a lawyer, and I sincerely hope it will be my last. Based on the firm’s defensive responses to other negative reviews, I don’t expect any accountability or reflection from them regarding my experience. That being said, I hope others have a better experience than I did.
