Very rude before I could even tell what was going on. Would not recommend ever as they seem like they don't care whatsoever. Probably won't take your case seriously either. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Very helpful. I qualified for assistance. That means they will answer any questions, but not represent me in legal proceedings. They do provide lawyers if you qualify.

The lawyer I spoke with was free with answers and advice. I took copious notes and am still digesting the info.

These people are nice, easy to talk to, and very helpful. There is an application on their website.

The Receptionist was so unprofessional and extremely rude! I’m a victim of DV and was desperately seeking legal aid for a Parenting, plan modification. Never got to speak to an attorney.. I had to tell her my extremely triggering Circumstances. Me and my child where in danger and I told the receptionist this.. My cry’s for help were ignored. I was told I might get a callback if the attorney decides he wants to represent me.. I didn’t know none profits picked and chooses who they helped. Sadly my cry’s for help went unaddressed and because of this my abuser asulted me and my son with a fire arm.. Why dosent anyone take victims serious until it’s too late! Failed system.

After my initial intake I was contacted over the phone by Mark Whitaker, the most rude and aggressive lawyer that thinks it is ok to raise his voice at you, tell you he does not care about an important detail you think its important to mention on your case when I was trying to mend the information they had on file when they took my intake.

When I called to complain the patronizing person in charge hanged up the phone on me without saying a good bye when I was clarifying why Whitaker has no right to talk to anybody like that. Their legal aid extends to sending links you can get yourself in the courthouse.

Never call back when trying to get a will, dnr, living will done asap after life threatening injury. 30 minute telephone wait, 3 week waiting no call back.

Never any help! I’ve contacted this location on different occasions for different reasons and not one time was this place ever to have a Laywer that does what is needed or to even give advice. This time I contacted their office because I Believe the ruling that I had was false and corrupted which I was told they have no lawyer that can give any type of advice to deal with my situation.
I told the intake lady that the situation was civil she said yes she has a civil lawyer but they don’t handle all that type of stuff I need.
