This tucked away, and unassuming place for this service is excellent! The wonderful ladies that helped me out, answered my questions and still had me taken care of WITHOUT an appointment are GREATLY appreciated by myself! Professional, knowledgeable and maybe most importantly pleasant to be in the company of! This kind of work cannot always be rushed but it each time I have gone there it is never a chore, stuffy or pretentious. Thank you again and I will most certainly send business associates and friends alike!

Kinda small, but homie in its own way. My appointment was at 2:10 and I arrived at 2:00 was seen before my designated time. The staff was professional and courteous (can’t remember names). The process itself was quick and easy.

Confused on if she stop accepting walk ins at 4:20 or 4:30! & instead of coming out to tell me she wasn’t accepting anymore people she sent a customer to the door… But support black business right ? Worst customer service experience ever.

Photo was taken while I was standing outside waiting on her to come down the hallway. Time on my phone was 4:28. Had been standing ringing the bell for 8 minutes at this point.

Hey this is the best and most professional place I have encounter, how ever there was a nurse in here today without a mask and threatening to give the owner one star if she was not seen. The owner was polite and ask her to leave the establishment. As a nurse why would you put other in danger and the words you used, I wish I knew your employer you acted like a Karen today.

I cannot recommend Trott LLC enough! Excellent customer service and so friendly and welcoming, and she will go out of her way to make sure you get the services you need. If you need finger prints -Live Scan or Ink - go to Trott LLC!

Although it was out of my way to use Trott for fingerprinting and notary services, it was well worth it. The fingerprint technician was friendly, very helpful, and efficient. The fees are very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Trott again. Highly recommended!
