Such great help. He helped me with a small claim in order to get my rent deposit after countless attempts to reach the leasing office asking for it back. As soon as we contacted him and asked for help, he told us exactly what we needed to do and in no time we received our deposit. If i ever need help again i will not hesitate to go back to him.

Two-bit operation with a snotty attitude. Their primary function is to provide services and expertise on obscure offerings (Apostille, etc.)

Accompanied my elderly mother to assist in closing out on a real estate sale abroad, was met with a nasty, unhelpful attitude throughout for not knowing every detail of what is required. The man who "helped" us ridiculed us for not coming prepared, which was unprofessional and counterproductive.

As we left, we identified ourselves as a referral from a mutual associate, and we did see their tone and approach completely shift, but it was too little too late by then. I am honestly still shaking from anger. No one should have to watch a family member berated like that.

They seem to be competent at the very least when motivated, but do note that their default setting leaves much to be desired. Recommend you steer clear and look elsewhere.

UPDATE: Check out the response they submitted. Absolutely fantastic given it literally proves my point. Were your customer's questions irrelevant to the service you provide? Okay, but if you weren't running an amateur operation, you'd understand that as the subject matter expert, you should be pointing your customers in the right direction; not making underhanded comments about them. "She was asking for free legal advice"? What a joke. We were not expecting anything for free. Nor would we ever expect it. Shame on you.

The real kicker here, and the reason I finally stormed out is when they asked my mother "if you don't know what you need and haven't done your research, why are you here wasting my time?"
