The owner, Kendall Carter, called me today to tell me my payment method had been declined. I simply needed to update my credit card information on my account profile, but instead Ms. Carter decided it was appropriate for her to chastise me over the phone—right out the gate. A summary of her words: “Please. Please. Please. In 2022, please have a form of payment that actually works. This is 2022! I’ve been contacting you several times about payment!” When I asked her when she contacted me previously, she couldn’t tell me. Turns out, she had sent me ONE email almost a year ago about my credit card on file needing to be updated. She literally contacted me ONCE and I updated my payment info within 15 min and politely asked her if she needed anything else. No reply until the phone call nearly a year later berating me on the phone. I have never been treated with such disrespect in this industry. Absolutely appalling behavior from a so-called “professional”. And to have to experience that from a fellow entrepreneurial woman is just truly sad. She should be ashamed of herself.

This place is the worst. I tried to use them today to efile and no one could answer ANY questions about efiling but Alex, who was working from home. I was told he would call me back in 2 minutes. Three hours later I called to ask why I had not heard from him and was told by Kendel (the owner) that he had to go out and that is more important. But she apologized. Really don't use them.
