They don’t care about you or your case. They just care about selling them and getting paid. Good luck trying to get a hold of anybody. You could leave all the voicemails you want no one will ever call you back. My biggest mistake was calling Hasting and Hastings. It’s not worth the 3% discount. Next time I’m choosing quality. I’m choosing anybody other than Hasting and Hastings.

Yeah, of course because you did not take our case because you actually had to do work. Do not go to them if you have had a prior accident or prexisting injury. They just want easy settlement cases

Not sure about the other attorneys but Joseph Hoxie and Javier Medina were not very helpful or determined as they said. Mainly lack of communication. Never should have went thru this firm, Lesson learned.
