After researching attorneys in the Augusta/Aiken area I decided to use Brandon Elijah of Burroughs Elijah Law Firm.

I was named Executor of my Father’s Trust when he passed away. Unless you’ve had this experience you have no idea how tough it can be. My husband helped me and we researched everything like crazy. We only started making real headway when we met with Mr. Elijah and retained his services.

Brandon is a pleasure to work with. He’s professional and very knowledgeable. It’s a complicated process. As a result of his guidance we were able to get through the entire process with a minimum of frustration.

We were so pleased we have recently used him to update our own Family Trust.

The one thing I am so thankful for is that my Dad had his Will done using the Burroughs-Elijah law firm. I was given Brandon Elijah's name from a friend after one of their family members had used him for their elderly parent. I was dealing with a lot having to move my mother from her home 1300 miles away to live with me. It had been an especially stressful event because my mother had been the victim of domestic abuse and at the advanced age of 88, she was in very bad shape. Brandon not only helped us navigate getting my mother benefits she was entitled to, but he has answered questions we have had several times months after initially meeting him. His professionalism, patience and thoroughness have been outstanding! His fees are very reasonable. He's not trying to charge an outlandish fee for very little work.
