These people are absolutely excellent and very cost effective with real estate closings! They handle complicated situations with ease and make every person involved feel great. After a second successful and friendly closing at this firm yesterday, I thought I'd write a review. I was shocked to see the low rating! If you don't consider them, you are missing out. Do NOT hire Les Hendricks for any of your legal needs. We have been trying to adopt our daughter for more than a year now. He has not communicated with us well at all! Barely let’s us know any progress that’s happening with our case. He did not prepare for our case as he suggested a guardian ad litem when we are already way past that point! He also does not do anything with your case unless you are constantly on him! We should not have to constantly call, email or leave messages. And even when we do, there’s no response!!
