I've been calling every day for almost 2 weeks and have been on hold for hours at a time and no one answers at all even though it says they are open. First time I called the office in Ohio it took 6 minutes to answer they told me to call the Kentucky one and that's when it started lazy people who have a job and can't do their jobs.

They weren't helpful at all. Kind of rude too.. if my taxes are paying for it , then their rudeness needs to be put in check. A person would have a better chance representing themselves. These people act like puppets for the courts of kentin county

Due to numerous Social security issues any my life long disabled son, I was able to retain the most wonderful attorney who calls, emails me, and has gone over and beyond w/2 cases regarding my son. My attorney spends her time calling SS, and fixed one case, with a couple to go. But I couldn't have asked for this kind of legal help if I had been wealthy. I have the very, very best!!

Thanks to all the people that make up this organization, 1 person in particular is Stephanie Langguth. This wonderful woman had so much
compassion, patience, and alot of insight for my case that I had several months back, she gave me a warm feeling inside that she truly cared about my case and went way above and beyond to meet deadlines that I could not have done without her!
I was so stressed on my intial
visit, and I now I'm happy and relieved with the outcome of my case. Thanks again Stephanie! I wanted to edit this so i could add Ms.Irene in this post, she has endless amounts of knowledge of the law and she will lead you on the right path. Thanks to the young Lady at the front desk who is very curteous and professional when you walk into the door.( I apologize I don't know her name) thank you to all the people who helps to make positive changes in this community and everywhere
else around the world!

It's gotta be a government scam. I'm hav horrible unemployment issues, for a year now. I contacted them 3 months ago. The most they can do is email. They have been ignoring me for a year, apparently she thought a email would cover it. Would be great if they actually helped....
Can come up with no course of action. It's pretty ridiculous

Good luck with their services

I wish I could give a zero rating. They are of no help. I live paycheck to paycheck barely making it each week. Called to get assistance for custody and I'm told I'm over income eligibility. Of course since they count what you make before taxes and the child support I currently pay. I wouldn't recommend legal aid of the bluegrass to anyone. Offered to give me the phone number to call and get a private attorney. I have tried that and they don't return calls. If I had the money for an attorney I wouldn't have called the idiot's at legal aid in the first place. They need to get with the times and realize that just because someone makes a certain amount an hour that isn't what they bring home. So thanks for no help. Really should consider closing this place.
