This bankruptcy office is the worst thing in Augusta Ga,
They say they will help customers
But when my Mom filed bankruptcy with them the first couple of years was fine , But my feelings have changed dramatically, My mom had Alzheimer’s and they could care
less, they wanted me to get guardianship that was going to cost an extra $3000.00 .I am not made out of money so when my mom passed away this last August they then put in for chapter 13 and the judge denied this request, So now they want me to pay her bankruptcy,
There out of their minds , I won't fall for their device demands,
Do your self a favor go to any other bankruptcy lawyer but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I KNOW THEY WILL BLOW SMOKE BUT THEN REFUSE TO PUT OUT THE FOREST FIRE THEY CAUSED,

I was happy at first with this firm up until the last. I called her office to speak to her about a problem I had, and the person who answered the phone I don't know if she had a bad day or what we had words. I guess she went and told Mrs Brow whatever, and they talked about withdrawing from my case. I guess by law they couldn't, but anyway, to make a long story short, lol. I had a settlement, and I had about 6 months left of my Ch 13 bankruptcy she told me I was only going to have to pay $5,000 left of my settlement. When I went to the bankruptcy court for my settlement check, Ms. Brow never showed up. They sent some other inexperienced lawyer who knew nothing of my case. I had met him 15 minutes before I went in front of the judge. He knew nothing of my case. I didn't know what to say to the judge. I had to end up giving them $15,000 instead of $5,000, as was told to me smh. The guy kept apologizing, but as I told him, I don't know you, and it wasn't his fault he wasn't my lawyer and my car wreck lawyer just shook our heads. On top of that, she charged my injury lawyer 1000 before she would send the paperwork over to him. She didn't have to be money-hungry smh. Don't get me wrong loved her up until that moment. You had a job to do and you didn't do it real sad

Amazing law firm. I just had a consultation 2 days ago and finished all of the paperwork today. They have made this stressful time way less stressful for me and my family. They are compassionate, understanding and not judgmental of your situation. Mrs.Seymour truly cares about you and your family and only wants what’s best for you. Mr. Bryant is amazing he runs thru hoops to make the process as efficient and seamless as possible. They are all so kind and compassionate. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Seymour and Associates and I must admit that I could not be happier. My experience with Seymour and Associates can be summed up as one of the least stressful  times in my adulthood. I will point out that Karen was always courteous, available, and professional. The firm in whole handled my case with the highest level of professionalism. With their rapid response times, I often felt that they were available to me any time that I needed them. If you are in need of a good bankruptcy lawyer, you should give this firm a call. They exceeded my expectations.

I encourage anyone who needs advice on which direction to take to come see Seymour.. I worked with Mindy, Angie, and Adam. They are awesome. They are patient and kind. They will work out the best option for you. I understand what your going through, and understand that things happen. They understand that there is no perfect person on earth, and they are honestly here to help others who are in need from a legal perspective. Come see them! You want be disappointed.

While the service that I was seeking wasn't the best option for me, as confirmed by Mrs. Seymour, I very much valued her input that lead me to this conclusion in the first place. Very informative and Mrs. Seymour has a welcoming personality and energy and she truly knows her stuff. I left her office feeling that I had a better hold on my situation than I did going in and I'm very appreciative of the experience. I highly recommend Seymour and Assc for anyone in need of their services.
