This woman is a life saver!!! The whole team has become like family to me and I love all of them!! Beth Ann is one of the most awesome women I have ever met in my life. She has give me back my grandchild after being without her for 5 months and I'm beyond grateful for her and her knowledge. If you want to get the job done I highly suggest contacting her office. I can't say enough good things about what she's doing for my whole family. My son is being reunited with his 8 months old daughter after 5 long months without her!!! Great staff. Great woman all the way around. Beth Ann gets the job done. If you have any concerns they address them. They are highly effective. It was a pleasure working with this firm an would do it all over again. I wouldn’t choose anyone else for the job.

Don't be like me. Please read the reviews and create a peach court account because you have to check and verify any and everything they say. And yes they are going to say, "we did not represent this person" which is true, but that's only because I had to hire a new lawyer because they would hardly respond to my emails and wouldn't schedule me for an appointment until my situation got worst. Then and only then did they file anything. They never attempted to serve the defendant. All they did was lie and stall. It's a reason consultations are free. Please don't waste your resources. I basically paid them to write a petition. And no I wasn't pesky or overbearing, I would wait weeks for a response. Whatever they told me was a problem, I fixed it myself. My experience was like hiring a mechanic, and then fixing my own car, but still paying in full. Learn from me, and go to someone who at least is on time for your consultation.

I was represented by Beth Ann Smith on my child support case that lingered for 5+ years. Not one lawyer that I hired could handle my case because of my difficult ex-wife. But Boy!!!!!! Beth Ann was very professional and a no-nonsense attorney. We used this law office for our non contested divorce and I can't even get a reply from them via email or phone!!!! I've emailed 15 times and left voicemails. At this point I don't even know the status!!! It's been a year
