I hired this law firm after receiving a phone call and picture from a sister under the age of 16 holding a meth pipe and because the child residing in Georgia, I searched for law firms online. Mr Voyles law firm office informed us that they do handle both divorce and custody matters! So I drove my friend from Florida to meet him at his office, as well as go over what what to do and where to start from Mr Voyles law practice! Mr. Voyals was very confident that he could get the visitation rights and the divorce resolved for only $5000 deposit. I wanted to contact child services right away, but was instructed not to.. I sent the pictures of the child holding the meth pipe along with other evidence acquired to his email and a copy to his office. Then every time he called wanting to speak with his lawyer, his assistant would always answer and say, unfortunately Mr. Voyles was either "out of the office" or on "VACATION" but when he gets back he'll return he would return calls, but after numerous attempts to get information regarding visitation of anything about it's progress since nothing is being done since he's never there doing anything and never has answers, he only called twice about court dates, we got very frustrated and drove to Georgia in hopes of finally getting to visit with the kids, as well as speak with the law firm we hired to get a divorce and visitation . When we got up there, not only did we not get our to see the kids. We received a letter from Mr. Voyals stating that he would no longer be representing us due to the fact that he is about to become a judge! No wonder he was constantly out of the office and on vacation, I found the paperwork him and his law firm sent us after taking payment for services that didn't get done and then added more child support with no visitation. Not only did neglected his duty as a lawyer, he abuse his power so he is now a judge! Our system is broken and works the way they want it to.
