My experience with Mrs. Williams' and her staff was excellent. I was in a custody battle for my son. I called Mrs. Williams and she got on it immediately. I was an out of state client and she kept me updated on my case the whole way and I only had to travel there to court when absolutely necessary. She was very proactive and stood up for me when I needed it most. We eventually won and now I have my son and he is doing well. Price was very reasonable and I was able to make payments along the way. I am forever in debt to Mrs. Williams and Keisha.

My spouse referred Valerie Williams to a family member because of the good experience we had 12 years ago; BIG MISTAKE! She recently handled a case for a family member and was VERY unprofessional. Even her tone in communication would not have suggested that she was paid $1500 and acted as if my case was not important, nor showed any empathy. Then when her professionalism was questioned, she chose to "withdraw" and did not send a refund or statement of charges. So very disappointed and save your money and go with another firm if you're in south GA.

Has no professionalism at all. We had a consultation to discuss our case and she was over 30 mins late. When she did call all she had to say was "we had an appointment and I was on the other line, what do you need". She obviously has no respect for others time. When we did try to speak to her she was very rude and did not even try to understand what we were trying to do and would cut off our sentences and would not allow us to even finish a thought. Avoid her.
