Called everyday for over a week with no answer and no returned voicemail. This is not the first time I have not been able to get ahold of anyone either. I’ve even went to the office multiple times and no one was there. Honestly sad and ridiculous from a government assistance that is supposed to “help” people.

This place sucks! I electronically submitted my snap renewal on Ga gateway 2 1/5 months ago. On their site it says approved and to date I've not received anything. The women in this office are rude and liars. They no give a d@mn if you have no food. You get the runaround here so don't waste your time. Everyone flood the governors office until we get action and our snap benefits. Don't waste your time with the jacka$$ at the rabun office. Calling the toll free number is worthless too. You'll never get a person or the answers you seek. Again. Flood the governors email and contact the news media like wsb channel 2 in Atlanta and Fox5. Wxia channel 11 did a story about this before Thanksgiving. We need to contact them to and let them know we still do not have our SNAP! 😡

Hats off to receptionist Judy! She's overworked and no doubt underpaid. She cares deeply for all those who request help.

No one answers the phone and the door is locked. I have attempted to reach them time and again with no result. If no one can contact them what good are they and why is the door locked? On the phone answering machine it mentions a “virtual lobby”. Are you kidding

I did everything I was supposed to do and the women here are very rude don’t care only care about themselves and there paycheck everything you tell them goes in one ear and out the other it’s like talking to a brick wall
