Unprofessional, take their time, to get back with you, they make it appear, it's no big deal to change ur name on paperwork, even though u need if for proof of address. They lack integrity, next stop is to report this company to Better Business Bureau. The lady was nasty in attitude. Amy, which I was told their are 2. Probably a lie. I will Never use them.again. I will also , let others know on social media to AVOID THIS TITLE COMPANY.
