Every day it is great to see the smiling faces of the folks that work here. They are friendly, kind and efficient. Their convenient location in the Lucky's Market Center is great for all our North Boulder business shipping needs. From PO Boxes and postage/shipping labels to shipping materials and help with shipping questions and even greeting cards or just to handle our UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS pre-labeled packages, they never dissappoint us. I had an important piece of mail to send abroad via DHL. I was told that it would be delivered in three days. THIS STORE SAT ON IT AND DIDN'T EVEN SHIP IT TO DENVER FACILITY FOR TWO DAYS! I have logs to prove. Of course it will arrive too late. I paid over $170 for a package that will not arrive on time, therefore wasted. Just totally disorganized, unprofessional and irresponsible. My advide, DON'T USE THIS STORE if you have something time sensitive to send; better take it directly to UPS, DHL or FedEx yourself, even if it takes you more time.

Responding to Owners response: Oh, but I DID ship from your store, I have a receipt. I did NOT ship on a Saturday, but on Tuesday March 26th at 12:20pm. It did not get to DHL facility in Denver until Thursday at 3pm. You made a mistake and held on to my package for two days before turning it over to DHL. THAT is a problem. You should learn to own your mistakes. Neighbors or not, you will NOT see me again in your store.

Excellent service, very helpful and knowledgable staff. I've shipped dozens of boxes here and I've always been satisfied with the experience. One time my package was lost in transit by the carrier, and the shop manager invested quite a bit of time and effort helping me try to resolve the situation. It's a great little shop with a surprising amount of useful stuff crammed into it.
