I believe everyone responsible for child support should pay it, but when bad things in life happen and you lose income or have gaps in income, EVERYONE in the family sometimes suffers. Making it impossible to pay bills, buy food, and yes pay child support. The family support registry does not care about your child. They are a scummy garbage collection agency. People don't work here, leaches and mosquitoes do... Oh, you can't pay bills or afford food for your other 3 kids. Here, they will hit your credit with missed child support payments, hurting your credit, which obviously makes finances more expensive, and again obviously making it harder for anything credit related. Which is almost everything, including a job...oh, not enough? They will then suspend your license after being just 2 month late. Again, it makes it more expensive and harder to work... 17 years of these illogical idiots, they stifle your income but are there to get money from you for child support... Their tactics are ignorant and make it harder to pay for child support. They should be shut down.. They knew payment was coming a week after the due date, and they still suspendyour license, with no notification, costing more money, and stress. Especially when you find out from a cop and get a ticket and are stuck on the side of the road. I hate these people. They are the scum of the earth, as bad as phone scammers and terrorists. I literally hope they all have as horrible a life as the people whom they screw over daily and make it harder to pay child support. Illogical idiots

I was in very quickly today. It was a relief as I've easily spent hours in the office waiting for someone to call me back. The place itself isn't bad but that wait can sometimes be to much causing people to Leave.

When you call, your with a computer. The computer tells you to hold for next representative, (or dial extension, which I can't find extension for case worker), I've waited several times for more than 15 minutes. One time I waited for over an hour, only to be told the office had closed 45 min. ago..

This business is a joke! They wrongfully reopened a child supposed case that was closed out for 6+ years all because the mother called in to reopen. She hasn’t worked for over 5 years and we have our kids 50/50. I tried to file a response to have it adjusted correctly. A year and a half later it’s still unresolved and I’ve still been having to pay her. The case worker and the courts work hand in hand to drag out a process and waste time and money on all sides! Expect long unjust treatment, as well as threats of garnishments and license suspension if you don’t pay! Guess some women can just sit back and take advantage of a faulty system and collect someone else’s hard earned money, not work at all to provide for there kids, show them it’s okay to be lazy with your hand out.
That’s called child support 👍🏾

They are super nice and friendly here. They are very helpful and not much of a wait (if you bring the correct information needed). You can call them and ask questions as well. They help with child support, food stamps, Medicaid, and all that.

Basically, if this place were just suddenly shut down permanently and stopped providing services, nobody in this community would ever know the difference.

(Yes, this is definitely a highly negative review of pretty much this entire office building🙂)

I've managed to navigate their obstacle course and jump through their hoops but with a large amount of frustration and angst. I have dealt with 4 other counties in my life and they are not easy.

Everybody seems to be confused and very unhappy to work here no body ever smiles or shows consideration in the front. They act as if its burden for them that your there. Very unwelcoming and rather snobby if I may say and it's not just one it's all the front even the lady security guard. You can tell they are misreble working there.
