I just got off the phone with Tara. I was trying to explain my situation to understand as she stated my case is very messy (which I understand) she jumped down my throat saying i was arguing with her when I was trying to explain and understand what she was trying to tell Me, considering I’m not educated in bankruptcy. She told me the person who would be investigating my case would want the money back from family and friends that I had paid back. Tara began talking about effecting relationships, and mentioned my paying off my vehicle. I began to explain I got my car thru a bank loan and she interrupted me stating,” you can argue with me all you want”. I wasn’t arguing. I was explaining that the bank and car loan wasn’t a personal relationship so I didn’t understand why it would’ve been impacted. I was very confused and lost as to what she was trying to say. Instead of taking the time to explain it to me, she was condescending and rude and just accused me of arguing with her. I came to her Because she was a woman and I assumed she’d meet me with kindness, I was very wrong.
