I had an amazing experience at The Mail Center. Amber was incredibly helpful when I wasn’t sure about the correct fingerprint format or how to send it. She guided me through everything and provided a backup. Amber was attentive and thorough. I really appreciated her help. It’s a smaller operation with a personal touch, and I highly recommend them. The business is also owned by veterans, which is something I appreciate. Definitely a gem in our community.

This is a lovely mail center and they have wonderful employees however if you drop a package here please know it won’t be moved out of their store for days. It’s becoming very apparent that even when you drop off a package and it’s scanned in, there is no documentation in the shipping service website proving that they received it until it’s going out their door days later and that is really unsettling. I never drop packages after 11am and so there is no reason for my packages to sit there for days when, USPS specifically, picks up twice a day from them. I don’t know if there is a solution to this but until I can trust a package will leave in, not just the normal timing, but the very least an appropriate time I’m going to have to drive to the post office.

Again, lovely people and lovely shop. This review has nothing to do with them because they’ve always been so helpful and sweet to me. This review is solely on the slow process of getting packages out the door.

I love this place. I have come here two times since being back in Colorado and the staff is always accommodating, the manager is extremely kind and helpful. The gentlemen who does the fingerprints is pleasant, patience and knowledgeable. As someone who needs fingerprints done often, counting on consistency and reliability is a must. will always go here 🙂

The people here are AWESOME!!! Kind, considerate, and efficient...not 3 words you usually associate with mailing services...but they have excellent staff who were so helpful for me to get fingerprints completed several times for employment. THANK YOU!

I just started going to this beautiful tucked away place that is pretty convenient! Right off of Academy near Dublin. The staff has always been amazing with me and they are friendly and helpful.

You will definitely want to check out the amazing assortment of local goods that are sold inside! I included them in my pictures. You are for sure going to find something that you can't do without or that you know someone with love it if you sent it to them!

Uᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ: They also print pictures. I had some printed using an online photo company but when I recurved the pics I was disappointed that the colors looked dull. I emailed my pics to the mail center and they had them uploaded to the photo machine and ready for me to decide on cropping. I brought the pics I wasn't happy with for comparison...

The top pic is the web service and the bottom pic is what the mail center printed! SO MUCH BETTER!!!

Love the owners and, although, I was hesitant about this kind of service to begin with, I will probably keep my account longer than necessary because the service is second to none and I am at peace with my mail being sent there.

Went to get fingerprints done and the old man there was Not friendly to me at all. He was so nice to the young, blonde before me. Unprofessional. Then, he lost my prints and I wasn't able to get the job I got the prints for. What is his problem?

This is DAVID S GUYS and I just wanted to thank you beyond words could say for your kindness. Been with you 2 yrs now and I'm so happy I found you. You two ladies have been very nice to me despite occasional moodiness but that comes with yrs of chronic illness and homelessness.
