I am so thankful for Frank Azar and his associates for treating me like a person. Whoever answers the phone and takes information is absolutely incompetent!!! Attitude, we asked his name and then he hung up on us. So unprofessional!! Update- Talked to Manager Felicia and she was very professional and helpful. She was fantastic to talk to.
