I never imagined having to make a call to find a defense attorney and hope I never have to again. Just so happens that I ended up finding Vince through a referral. I am so grateful to my friend and to Vince and his law office. Having never navigated through any sort of legal proceedings in my life Vince was kind, patient, thorough, and nonjudgmental. He explained every different case scenario in terms I could understand and fought for my family member like he was his own. I was truly astounded. My son, his Dad and myself were scheduled right away for a consultation when we contacted the office. Vince was honest, upfront and explained the process to my son on how his case would move forward from that point. Vince treated my son with respect and was always available when my son had questions or concerns. We hired Vince Felletter on a very serious case involving my son. Vince was phenomenal. He was always available to take my calls, even on weekends and after hours during the week. He described the facts of the case and the process with a high level of knowledge, and worked with us to develop a strategy to obtain the best possible result. His advice and counsel was spot on. Genuine people are getting harder and harder to find. I can truthfully say that Vince is not only a terrific attorney, but a genuine person as well. I’ve seen some other reviews on here that I personally have a hard time believing because it is so opposite of the expirence that I had with Mr. Felletter. He has helped me with multiple cases and has been there to inform me every step of the way. Not once did I have an unanswered call that was not returned promptly. Not once did I have an email that was not replied to within an appropriate amount of time. I can speak to his abilities in the courtroom as well as his compassion to help others outside of the courtroom. I would recommend Vince to anyone who is looking for a reliable attorney who you can count on to stand there with you inside or out of a Colorado courthouse.

I called several attorneys in Grand Junction to expunge a very old case. After speaking with Mr. Felletter for 45 minutes He clearly stood out from the rest in regards to competency, attention to detail, understanding of the law surrounding the Expungement process, etc. There was no question he was the right person to represent me. In the end he came through as I knew he would and removed a large burden at a reasonable price considering the charge.
